1. No Refund After Work Starts

Once the project has started and initial work has begun, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Before Work Initiation

If cancellation is requested within 12 hours of payment and before work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If required content is not provided by the client
  • If the client changes the project scope after work begins
  • If delay occurs due to lack of communication from the client

4. Nature of Service

This is a digital service. Once design and development work begins, the service is considered consumed.
